A secluded island paradise on the best fishing lake in Wisconsin, “Nora’s Hideaway” is a one-of-a-kind rental you won’t find anywhere else! Your own exclusive peninsula on Chief Lake with two private docks. A fully-furnished, cozy park model cottage that sleeps 6. Private lakefront fire pit, spacious deck, BBQ, twinkle lights, Adirondack chairs and more! Encircled by water with spectacular sunsets. The resort itself has 15 acres of sprawling lawn and endless lake views.

This recently renovated three-bedroom cottage sleeps up to six guests and comes fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Inside, you'll find a full kitchen, a cozy living space, and air conditioning for added comfort. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, and all bedding is provided. Step outside and enjoy the deck, a great spot to sit back and unwind. Each rental also includes a 12’–14’ rowboat, perfect for getting out on the water and exploring the lake.

HISTORY
Daggett’s Resort was the brainchild of George and Nora Daggett. For nearly 50 years, they ran the resort, which started out as a retreat for family and friends, eventually morphing into a business. George and Nora were permanent fixtures in the resort lodge, which was open seasonally for libations and Nora's culinary delights.
George + Nora Daggett
George + Nora had five children: Bill, Gail, Jack, Georgia, and Danny. After the passing of George and Nora, Danny took over for the family and did an incredible job running the resort for many years.
